Is Delivery FREE for the UK & Ireland?
Yes we offer FREE delivery on orders over £100.  Orders under £100 are subject to 9.95 delivery charge.

Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes for only 15.00 Euro.. We will deliver to... Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland & Portugal.

Can I track my order?
Yes, We will send you a tracking number when your order is despatched.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to despatch the orders as soon as they arrive. Delivery to the UK 2 days, Ireland delivery Overnight. Mose other European destinations 3 - 5 days.

Do I have to pay VAT?
Irish customers are charged VAT @ 21%. EU customers with a VAT number dont have to pay VAT to us as it is classed as an export. Simply put in your VAT number when you register on the site & you wont be charged VAT. Our system checks to see if the number is legitimate & we keep a record of these names & numbers to return to the Revenue comissioners.

Do you have a returns policy should I want to exchange or refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we?ll refund your order upon its return to us. Please note we can only accept item that have not been used & the packaging must not be damaged.  If you wish to return any items please follow these instructions:  Please email us or call us to inform us that you will be returning the items. Returns the goods to us, With a copy invoice or your details if possible.  Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.  If a product is found to be genuinely faulty then we will also refund the carriage charge paid.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard etc, We can also accept Irish laser cards(Maestro). We do accept cheques, However orders cannot be despatched until cheques have cleared with our bank.

Do you have a catalogue?
No, All our products are on the site, the less paper we use the better

Is the Truck Electrics Website secure?
Yes, Using your credit or debit card online is completely safe. When you order any of our products online, you can rest assured that your details including name and address are safe. Your card details are not stored which eliminates any chance of them being found at a later date.
